Returns and Refunds Policy

Thank you for you interest in shopping with QuirkNSpite Creations. I appreciate your support as a valued customer. Please read the following carefully to understand our policies regarding returns and refunds.

Handmade Items:

• Returns and refunds are available only for handmade/one of a kind items if the item arrives broken and cannot be replaced. You also have the option of recieving a different, similarly priced item. 
• All packages are insured to cover any damage during transit.
• You have 7 days from receiving the package to initiate the return policy. Please contact us via the below form and take as many picutres as possile. 

Print On Demand Items:

• Each Print On Demand supplier, such as Art of Where and Raincoast Digital, has its own specific return policy.
• We will honor returns/refunds for Print On Demand items in cases of damage, delivery of the wrong item, and other circumstances outlined in the respective supplier’s policy.
• Please be aware that our margin for returns/refunds on Print On Demand items is limited. Some companies have a 3-4 day limit before returns are no longer possible.

Return Process:

1. Notify Us: If you encounter any issues with your purchase, please notify us within 7 of receiving the item.
2. Provide Details: Clearly describe the issue, and if applicable, provide photographic evidence of the damage or incorrect item.

Return Shipping Costs:

• Return shipping costs for handmade items will be covered by us if the item is broken and cannot be replaced.
• For Print On Demand items, return shipping costs will depend on the specific item. We will aim to cover these costs whenever possible.

Refund Processing:

• Refunds will be processed once we have received the returned item and verified the issue.
• Please allow 14 days after the item has been returned for the refund to be processed.
